“MARRAKECH”:

Charming and spacious studio, located on the 1st floor, featuring a living-room area, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a balcony. No additional bed or baby crib available for that studio. No pet allowed.

“SUNSET”:

Charming and spacious studio, located on the 1st and 2nd floor, featuring a living room area, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a large terrace.

“BELDI”:

Charming and spacious studio, located on the 1st floor, featuring a living room area, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a balcony.

“KASBAH”:

With one bedroom that fits up to four people, the “Kasbah apartment” is located on the 2nd floor and features a living-room, a full bathroom with bathtub, an equipped kitchen and a balcony with a view to the swimming-pool.

“TAGDOURT”:

With two bedrooms that fit up to five people, the “Tagdourt Apartment” is located on 1st floor and features a living-room, a full bathroom with bathtub, an equipped kitchen and a balcony with a view to the swimming-pool.

• MAD 1,350 for 1 to 5 person(s) - 1 double bed and 3 single beds.

“JUNIOR” SUITE:

With two studios, two shower rooms and two small kitchen areas, with or without balcony.

• MAD 1,350 for 1 to 4 person(s) with a balcony - 1 double bed and 2 single beds.

• MAD 1,500 for 1 to 5 person(s) with a balcony - 1 double bed and 3 single beds.

• MAD 1,400 for 1 to 5 person(s) with neither a garden, nor a balcony - 1 double bed and 3 single beds.

• MAD 1,600, for 1 to 6 person(s) with a private small garden. 2 double bed and 2 single beds. This one includes 2 bathtubs instead of showers.

• All prices mentioned on this website are all taxes (IVA, Touristic tax, local tax) and service (water, electricity, heating, room cleaning) included.

• Luggage storage is free for a few hours.

• Wi-fi access is free. A desktop computer is at your disposal by the reception.

• For access to gym facilities (treadmill & elliptical), please ask us at the reception.

• Special offers are displayed at the reception. Offers are not cumulative. No discount on extras.

• Long-stay (at least 28 nights): 25% off. Beyond that period or for special arrangements, please check with management at residencesacha@agadir-maroc.com

• Breakfast can be delivered to your room, if ordered the day before, by 8pm. Additional cost of MAD 66 each will apply.

• Pets are allowed in most rooms, and an extra of MAD 33 per night will apply. Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to confirm.

• Laundry service: for 5kg (washed, ironed, folded) cost is MAD 77.

• Dish washing service can be offered for MAD 33 per day.

• Late check-out/Day use: to be confirmed with management by 10am on the day of.

• No elevator.
